I am a 59 yr. old grandmother, who has her son do everything for her when it comes to electronics!
This Colby Player is the best I have seen, and I saw plenty before buying!
The price was the lowest (WalMart was 169.00) and had no head phones.
Sound is great and has all connection wires included, plus the case to attach for car headrest!

One of the best portable DVD players I have ever owned. Sound is great and easy to use

I bought this portable DVD player for my 4 year old son for when we take long rides in the car. Out of the box, the unit worked fine with features and video and audio quality you would expect for this price range. After using the unit 4 times, it just stopped working. All we get is a "loading" message no matter what DVD is put in the machine. The service department at Coby is useless and they do not support their equipment. Unfortunately they only have a 90 day limited warranty and the problem did not show up until 4 months. My recommendation is to spend a little more money and buy a higher quality machine.

Extremely disapointed with this product. 4 months after purchasing this product, it just stopped working. During this time frame the unit was used less than 6 total times. Of course the product comes with a 90 limited warranty. Attempts to obtain service from Coby were a complete waste of time. This is a classic "you get what you pay for". Don't be tempted by the low price. Spend a little more and get something more reliable.

I purchased this player in October to be able to play my workout DVDs on. It was never in a car or handled by a chil. By February it wasn't working at all. And now I'm stuck with it because my reciept is missing. I was warned about this brand, wish I would have listened.
