I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the box and found this smaller than expected MP3 player inside. When I set it up w/ my music on my PC, I found it to be of great sound and easy to use. It downloaded all my tunes fairly fast and I love the small size and big output. I use it @ the gym and it's a cinch to pop into my pocket while working out. I was prepared to use different ear phones, but find these ear buds perfectly fine to fit in my ears and produce a good crisp sound. I am very happy w/ my little blue powerhouse SanDisk. Only slightly bigger than a cigarette lighter, but a giant performer! Also, easy to read songs in the window area. 2008-12-02

I love this mini player. I was really lookiing for a player that I could walk and excercise with. I have an Apple Ipod but they are bulky and fragile and I worried about sweating on it and so on. This is perfect and so affordable. Save the Ipod for trips so you can view video but use this for everyday! 2008-12-02

I really like the nice colour. The unit has good sound quality and is compact and easy to use. I would recommend this as a good value for money 2008-11-25

Highly recommended for other minimalists like me!
I finally cracked, and moved on from a portable cd-player to a tiny little mp3 player. The Sansa Clip 2GB is perfect for my needs. I have had it for a little over a month, and it goes with me everywhere! The headphones sound better than the ones I purchased separately a year ago. The interface is simple and easy to navigate. Loading music onto it from Windows Media Player is easy. The FM radio lets me listen to NPR news on my way home from work. It's half the size of the regular Sansa, nearly weightless, and totally cute. The clip is removable, but I don't know why you wouldn't want it. And, since I have no desire to store my entire music collection on it, 2 GB is plenty of room (33 albums added so far, still room for more). Again, highly recommended. *However, I recommend not using Rhapsody, the music player/mp3 store that it comes with. If you use a Windows-PC, Windows Media Player is better and already installed. And I have found Amazon to be the best place for purchasing music downloads, surprisingly. 2008-11-16
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The second worse mp3 player ever.
Somehow, the sales clerk talked me into a buying a new one instead of one of the many discounted return/open box Sansa clips. No matter how you organize the files on your desktop, once loaded into the mp3 player it loads songs randomly into it's own folders (artists, songs, genre). Now, after less than a year the battery won't hold a full charge, no matter how long I recharge it. It will only half charge. I will never buy anything from Sandisk again.
The best mp3 player was the Creative Muvo FM and Creative stopped making them after 512 MB. The only value of this mp3 player is the sound quality. 2008-10-18
