I bought 2 of these and they work fine for mp3 and taking pictures or videos. I can't put ebooks as it's states, videos or games at all, if anyone has been able to do this please let me know because I have tried almost everything. My girls love it but they wish it could do more as the manual says it can.

The unit was defective. The computer did not recognize it so the installation could not be done. The vendor did not take responsibility for that.

Couldn't get any of the three to work correctly or at all!!!

Made for a very disappointing Christmas morning for our teens and parents!!! Pretty sad!
