Excellent choice
This MP3/4 player is an excellent choice for my money and plays exeptionally well. I highly recommend it. The sound and even the radio is clear, the tone is not brassy. I love it. I plug it up in my computer or the adapter to charge it and I'm off to music land.

Great, inexpensive product
I am on my second one. The first one lasted just over a year and being addicted
to this inexpensive, easy to use product I purchased another one. Second one
didn't power on after 4 months but I called SANDISK support and they told me
to hold the power on for 20 seconds and this did the trick! Happy I did not
have to deal with warranty.

Once you learn how to use this product with Windows Media Player, it is great -
that is, when it works. Once the music is ready for syncing, it writes
very quickly.

All in all, a great product though I am not counting on it to last years.

Clip For Basics
When it has came down to music today, it is sad that people don't honestly buy albums from start to finish anymore. Still, with the universal appeal of buying MP3 tracks onilne has definitely been a home run for electronics companies and computers alike. While so many people have considered going to Apple for their MP3's, laregely because of the success of the Ipod. Still, that doesn't mean their are other outlets to get a better MP3 Player, and that has shown well for Sandisk. Since they first came out with MP3 Players a few years ago, they definitely know what makes a high quality MP3 Player, satisfy the needs of the everyday listener. With their choice of great MP3 Players, you know what makes a good MP3 Player fit your needs. But, for anyone who just wants a simple MP3 Player, without all the hastles, than try this out.

The Sandisk Sansa Clip 2 GB is a basic and simple to use MP3 Player that is great for all your everyday needs for music on the go, that fits easily in the back pocket. It is very easy to use with the simple push of a button, or the simple turn of the dial, as you can playback all your favorite MP3 files you've downloaded on your PC, or burned from your C.D. Library. The playback is pretty good, and has a easy-to-read menu. This is one that more for beginners that doesn't include any of the extras that make more high-end MP3 players a waste of the pocket. You can store about a average of over 200 songs in the MP3 format that you've downloaded from the net, and each one of them sound good from start to finish. Yet, there are a few disadvantages to this MP3 Player. The first one is the short battery life. Unlike, the more expandable Sansa Fuze, which has a longer battery life, here the battery needs more constant recharging for your needs, and if there is a battery has any damage, Sandisk won't have any features through their customer service that will allow you to bring it in for battery replacement, unlike their old Sansa M200 series a few years ago, that the players ran on a AAA battery and played back well.

Despite a few flaws with the battery life, if your looking for just a simple MP3 Player that fits your wallet, and you're new to looking for a affordable MP3 Player, than the Sandisk Sansa Clip would be a nice place to start. Despite only a few kinks, I really recommend Sandisk's MP3 Player more, because you honestly do get better music and sound quality for your money's worth. The Sansa Clip does handle very well, and has a good price to match for it.

A shot across the bows of Apple's Ipods
My wife was always nagging me about getting her a portable music player like my Ipod Shuffle. She is not normally excited by gadgets and things electronic but she wanted music on the move for when she goes walking. I eventually relented and went to the local store to get her a Shuffle like mine... but the new Shuffle is only the size of a match stick! "I'd never even be able to see the controls" I told the salesman.."and my wife will lose it in her purse." So I came home empty handed. That night I went hunting on Amazon and looked at all the reviews. The Sandisk Salsa Clip kept getting great reviews and it had so many more features than the other players.. that we would actually use! The built in FM radio is a big plus for example. When my wife and I got the Clip, I was really knocked out. What a great little player.. the screen display is just big enough for me to read without glasses and the controls are wonderfully intuitive. I must admit I did have to read the instructions to get the radio presets set but that was the only thing I couldn't immediately set without consulting the sheet. The downloading of music from the computer is also extremely simple to use. I love this little guy and I'm contemplating replacing my Shuffle with one for myself.

Great Little MP3 Player
This is my very first MP3 Player. Love it, Love it, Love it. Very easy to use and the sound is just great. Small enough to take everywhere. SanDisk Sansa, what a great MP3 Player. My only regret, is that I should have bought a 4GB SansaDisk. This one I got is a 2GB and did not hold all of my music. It holds about 500 songs. If you think you have more than 500 songs to download, do not get the 2GB, you will be better off with a 4GB. However, it is a great, great MP3 Player.
