Sony ICDP620 Digital Voice Recorder PC Compatible via USB

This product is perfect for my purposes. I am a reporter/journalist and I use the recorder during interviews, lectures, meetings, etc. This device does pick up background noise but that doesn't affect my transcriptions. Its volume level is great and easy to use. To save battery, I constantly have the device on 'hold' when I'm not using it. I would recommend this recorder to a friend.

My daughter needed a small recording device to record her voice lessons. This works great. It is exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. Wish there was an on/off switch; but I guess the "hold" button is it.

This recorder has great sound quality, is small and light weight, and is cheaper than most of the others with pc connectivity. Does everything I would expect from a recorder.

It is horrible!!! Specially for recording piano music, you might never ever want to listen it again.

The recorder worked fine, but it broke after four months. I never dropped it, never got it wet, never did anything to it that should have made its life difficult, but it broke anyway. For the money, I expected it to be a little better quality.
