Apple iPod nano 8 GB Black (3rd Generation)

I'm married and my wife just feel in love with the light blue I-pod (3rd generation). Unfortunately for waiting to long they came out with the new 4th generation I-pod (which by the way she hated) and finding the one she wanted was not easy. I was lucky enough to find it here and now she is happy, which means I'm happy. I can't complain, it got here quick and its keeping her distracted. :-)

I ordered the Ipod nano for Christmas and instead received a 6 page cardboard children's book. Because there is no phone number on the receipt (that stated Ipod) I got online and talked to a customer service rep who could not explain where the problem was. She was able to get my account credited, but I had to go back and order another one, which was more expensive. She also said she would send me a $20 coupon to use on my next purchase, which I never received. I rate this transaction 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

product was returned as it was a duplicte gift, but it arrived in good shape.

The shipping was faster than expected. The product and it's wrapping were all in order. The ipod just needed charging and within a half hour we were up and running. I loaded songs for her before Christmas, wrapped it up and when she opened it up she was ready to go. Thanks for the great service. I would definetly buy from this seller again. ;o)
