Channel Master 7777 High-gain mast-mount UHF/VHF TV antenna preamplifier

I've installed a lot of external antennas. Every time I think I can do it without a pre-amp, I get proven wrong. This is a great pre-amp and you will be pleasantly surprised what it does for your signal.

This product did not work at all. It could be it was broken, but the the TV signal was not strengthened at all by this product. I had the help of two electrical engineers, so I am sure it was installed correctly. We returned it.

Using this Channel Master 7777 pre-amp made all the difference for us. It is far superior to the "Shack" pre-amp I spent almost as much money on. The 7777's low 2db noise and very high 28db gain is what we needed to overcome 100 ft of coax and our 30+ mile distance to the nearest Boston towers. Once powered up, our channel count went from a spotty 15 channels to a solid 26 channels plus some others that come in on good weather days.
We live in a valley with the tower obscured by the hills, plus many tall oaks and pines surrounding. Regardless, this pre-amp plus the Antennas Direct ClearStream4 antenna on the roof with a 10ft mast allows us to watch TV without a cable bill!!
I would recommend this pre-amp to anyone looking to overcome internal signal losses and will be buying another one for my father-in-law (even more distant than us).

I added this preamp to the outdoor cm 4228hd extreme antenna and went form 40% at the lowest to 100% I recieve all stations at 100% now! I am 38 miles from the transmitter site! I even pull in the low power stations that I didnt get before. Great buy!

Didn't like the open box from Beach Audio, Camera. Manage to pull in some channel, but other still breaks up..
