this is a really great item i just bought it .. its easy to use the menu is so cool looking... it has awesome sounds and has a equalizer in u can change. the sound on the recorder is great as well.. all around this is a great product... i'd so recomend this product matter of fact my whole family wants one now :)

I love my Sansa! It is very easy to use and has great sound! there are only two minor things lacking; The ability to create a playlist without listening to the songs you want to add and no time display on the WPS Other that that I love the ease of this player.

Got this for my 12 year old son. Great price. Love the features like FM tuner and voice recorder. Easy to manipulate and navigate using the thumb disc. The only negative: The USB connector has clips that lock into place in the player, if these get bent, connectivity is difficult or impossible. Word to the wise - be cautious when connecting.

great refurbished mp3 player. I told my brother about it.,now he wants to get one it came fast also. I haven't found anything wrong with it. It is easy to use.I loaded pictures,that was easy the music was easy. I would buy another one for a gift. Thanks

I have bought a lot of mp3 players in my life but this one suxs the most. It has a great appearance, even great features but all that doesn't do any good if I can't hear the music i put on it. I am a very active person, either by running, playing basketball, or working out I use my mp3 player. There is only two choices to adjust the volume and the highest one is still like a whisper. It doesn't work with my fm transmitter also. So i my personal opinion, I would not buy this one because now I have to buy another one and haven't had this one a month yet
