Better than expected
The sound quality was excellent, the first record I put on sounded as good or better than cd. Only problem I found is it picks up a low frequency rumble easily, you need it on a very solid base. Windows 7 found and installed it no problem. Only thing it called it a microphone and gave it a mono 8k sound setting. Under the device properties I changed it to stereo 16 bit 48k and it then sounded perfect. I actually dont need the USB but tried it anyway, since I have an flash audio recorder (a Zoom H4) that I have been using on it since that can record in 24 bit(better than the usb to computer).
Only problem now is keeping the cats off of it, they are fascinated by a moving record. But they also try to grab papers coming out of the printer.
A Tip: Cut the 4 flaps off the box, and it makes a good cover.

A USB Turntable Turn Your Vinyl into MP3 format
I am an audiophile, and own over 500 albums, many of my albums are what are called PROMO or Cutout records. Some are so unique they were never digitally remastered to CD and can not be found anywhere.
Technology has finally came up with an easy affordable way to take your old vinyl albums and connect easily to your computer and convert the songs to MP3 format which is comapatable with almost all cd players, ipods, mp3 players, etc..
In less than 10 minutes I unpacked the box, setup the turntable loaded the software they gave me. It needed ITUNES - free download, it is owned by Apple and it downloaded flawlessly and Walla in less than an hour, I had an old album on my computer. Burnable to CD using your favorite burning software.
A sidenote, I OWN Discwasher Pro album cleaning system.
DISCWASHER D4+ Record Cleaning System
My albums are flawless. BUT, to remove scratchy records and noise ION did provide additional software. But that would be a different review.
Turntable works flawlessly, worth every penny.
