Great value for the price! Definitely impressed! Don't know much about systems, I just know that this actually sounds like you are in a theatre!

Overall, I am VERY happy with this system. The sound is great and the quality is top notch. The best part is that the blu-ray player is FAST. I've used other brands that take a long time to get the movie started. The adjustability is also a very nice feature. You can individually tune every speaker and adjust the levels accordingly. I have the rear surrounds turned up higher to get a better surround sound "feel". I dpn't care about the wireless feature because I have prewiring in my home for 7.1 surround, so I don't see any wires anyway. If you need an affordable blu-ray home theater, it will be hard to beat this system.

THE "BASS" IS TOO MUCH EVEN WHEN ADJUSTING THE SETTINGS.
IT IS REALLY ANNOYING.

I had my doubt's, but I must admit that I am very happy with the unit. After reading some of the reviews I thought I would have a problem hooking the unit up. Setup was a breeze, I had concerns about the length of the wires (thought I would have spice them)but I had penty(I ran wires under floor to rear speakers). I was also concerned about the radio, with 20 presets for both AM & FM I found that to be more than enough. And the sound is great, gets really loud!!! I brought Plant Earth on blue-ray, the picture is outstanding!!! I also thought the pictuce was good with standard dvd's as well. I already owned a Panasonic TV, was pleased when I hooked up the unit to my tv and found that the remote from tv gives limited use of the unit. For the price, I think it's a great buy.

I upgraded to this system from SC-BT200. It is a great upgrading with paying less than 100USD. The high-freq. sound is very good and clear. Something I would complain is that this machine cannot read VCD and one has to watch the tracks in connection with the TV.
