Sony CMT-LX20i 10W RMS Total Power Output Micro Hi-Fi Shelf System

Didn't buy from "Amazon". I bought this from Sams club. 89.76+tax
Nice unit for a bedroom,has almost everything. Decent sound,Bass enhancement Plays
CD,Fm/am radio,docks&charges ipod and has an external audio input,head phone output and a nice little remote.
It is a micro stereo, Separate speakers, low power but loud enough "unless you're quite young"
I like it. Just what I was looking for. If Sony added an alarm it would be perfect.
By the Way,not listed on box but is completely compatible with Ipod touch 3rd gen

Good little system, of course the sound doesn't match my Bose speaker, neither does the price. This little system is a small footprint and it's perfectly good for listening to music, ipod and CD's in the kitchen. I'm very happy with the system.

I shopped online for a good looking, small, bookshelf stereo unit that is an ipod dock as well as a cd player. I also had in mind to spend between $75 and $150 depending on what I would get for the money.

The Sony delivers great sound (MUCH BETTER than expected for its size). I would have liked more bass-trebel control, (cuz I like to tinker with stuff) but the sound quality doesn't really require any tinkering. There are 4 different preset equalizer settings.

Ipod charges whenever docked. Great control with the remote, including switching from cd, aux, radio or ipod. Remote also controls volume, playlists and track selection on ipod, track selection on cds, change radio stations (presets, auto or manual).

I hesitated and thought about this model for a few weeks - then had the opportunity to hear one in person. My decision was made on the spot.

For around $100 it's a great purchase.

To begin, anything I've ever purchased through Crutchfield has been to my liking, and this was no exception. Right out of the box, the CMT was easy to set-up and use. My daughter has made full use of its functionality, and I can definitely say that there's plenty of kick for the $. Great product.

I bought this unit as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and we are very pleased with the sound. It sounds better than I expected and is loud enough to fill the kitchen and living room area with sound. You can crank it almost all the way up before getting any sound distortion. I only wish it was a solid unit and the speakers were attatched for easy movement to the back patio in the summer. I definatly would recommend this item.
