Bose® Wave® music system multi-CD changer, Graphite Gray

I returned my purchase to Bose for an exchange for one that doesn't have the same problem. I left empty-handed.

Turns out the problem is just mine. When the CD Changer is attached to the Wave CD player the system will only stop playing the CDs when you push "STOP" on the remote! Otherwise the CD or CDs will play endlessly. Or I can disconnect the CD Changer from the main CD Player for those times I want to just play one CD and have it stop when it's done.

I said to the tech on the phone and the salesperson in the store that $650.00 is a lot of money for a system that can't just play one, two or more CDs and stop when finished playing.

I guess they specialize in superb sound with limited focus on other features. Maybe they feel that the sound is so good that you will want to hear it non-stop!

So I will look for something less costly for the bedroom upstairs. I will wait for Bose to "fix" this "problem". It seems so basic.

My wife loves classical music -- both instrumental and vocal. She has hundreds of CDs and this Bose Wave system is perfect.

The quality of the sound is unbelievable, and it is so nice to be able to load three CDs to play almost continuous high-quality sound. We've never heard better sound, except perhaps at a live concert.

I bought this for my 80 year old mother-in-law.
She adores it. The sound is surprisingly BIG, coming from such a tiny stereo.
It's simple to use, and has a nice sleek appearance.

This is the perfect compliment to your Bose Wave Music System. It matches perfectly, in fact it looks like one unit with the Radio on top of it. It adds an extra connection for an additional audio source, which I don't use, because I have this system in my Kitchen (on top of the fridge). If you've got or are thinking of getting a Bose Wave Music System, then this is a nice addition to it if you listen to CDs.

I bought both the basic 1-cd unit and the optional 3-cd unit. Discs kept getting stuck in the optional unit requiring re-loading the software to get those out. After 10 to 15 times of this waste of time and source of frustration, I put the thing in a drawer where it still is.

This product has proven to be a complete waste of $250!!
