Sony CDP-CE375 5-CD Changer

I bought this changer in lieu of purchasing a new Bose system, as I had an older Bose radio (which I love). Sony products have always been great and this changer is no exception. I would highly recommend it. The only thing I can say is that it is larger in size than I anticipated.

Unfortunately, I had the CD player for only a few weeks before it malfunctioned. That's the bad news.
But the good news is Sony support center. They emailed me a shipping label, kept me informed, and sent
a replacement player in about one week. Very efficient program.

Purchased as a gift for my husband's birthday. He has enjoyed using it daily. It has more features than other players we had priced that were more expensive.

I bought this 5-Disc changer, but no remote and no instruction and no 3 color cord. Looks like someone is using before send it to me. The sound is very, very low. I will not return, but think of some way how to order the remote and the instruction for this. Thank you.

I got this for my father, he is the non tech savvy type, so simplicity and good sound quality was paramount.
