Coby 1.5-Inch Digital Photo Key Chain (Black)

After reading some really negative reviews about this keychain, I was a little hesitant to give it a try, but I'm so glad that I did! Installing the program took about 2 seconds (after I finally found the icon that let me install it...) and the rest was as simple as plugging the keychain into the USB port and downloading pictures onto the device. You're allowed to crop the pictures on the program and the tiny little keychain holds up to 60 photos! I got this for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and I have yet to give it to him, but I love it!

I bought this key chain as part of a christmas present for my boyfriend last year and so far it still works great, he loved the present, the pictures are very clear with a relatively good resolution, the display is big enough to tell what everything is, and it is very resistant (my boyfriend attached it to his keychain which he doesn't handle with very much care, yet after almost a year everything still works perfectly). The only complaint i have about it is that it is a little bit confusing to get the pictures from the computer to the keychain, I am usually very good with computers so I didn't think twice about not reading every single step of the directions first, after several failed attempts i thought the device was just broken but before giving up i tried one last time following every single step in the manual and it worked just fine. Overall i'd say this is a great product that would make a great sentimental gift for anyone just make sure to read the manual and follow the directions to a T.

I waited for this product and when it came i was excited cause i have a new grandaughter and thought it would be a wonderful way to share her pics but i cant get the coby picture keychain to do any thing at all and i spent over 2 hours working on it ,and i give up wish i had kept the packing slips and all now i cant even get my points back.

This product is cheaply made and it is only a matter of time before it breaks off of my mothers keys. The software on three computers I loaded it on is not 'user friendly' and continues to give errors until it loads...and they you must sync everything as you may not get the software working again. I have a new Dell computer and the technology is there but wait for upgrades of this model!!!

Alright, I spent some pepsi points for this, so I am not going to gripe to much about it. [b]HOWEVER[/b] I will say, that at least PART OF THE PROBLEMS some people have been having, are due to the [/b]Poor Quality USB Cord[/b] itself. If you have an old [b]USB cord from a Camera, I say pitch the one that came with the Coby DP-151 and use it, instead.[/b]

Yes the software does indeed work with XP, but it sure would NOT WORK with the supplied USB Cord!! The 1st try with the different cord made all the difference in the world.

The picture quality is alright, and easily worth the $9.99 it sells for now. I just got this Coby DP-151, and I have not tested the length of the battery life [b]yet[/b], but I will.

Again, PITCH the USB cord supplied with the Coby DP-151 and get a different one.(Remember one end will need to be small to fit into the Coby DP-151 itself)

This should help many people who heed these words, many many hours of waiting for a beep (which i never heard) and plugging and replugging in the USB cord to your computer.

BTW, I am a PepsiHolic, but the items available in this promotion are a far cry from the original pepsi Points. I sure hope the next pepsi point promo has better items like the Original Pepsi Point Promo from the 1990's.
