Canon 2590B002 CG-800 Lithium Ion Battery Charger for 800 Series Batteries

I bought this to charge our video camera batteries. Charging them while attached to the camera took as long as uncharging them (a 4 hour battery took 4 hours to charge). This charge cuts that in half. Small enough to fit easily in the camera bag and just plugs into a socket. Fast and easy.

This is a great charger and necessary if you would like to charge a cannon battery while still being able to shoot on another. The only reason I gave this product four stars is because of the price. I mean, this is price gouging at its finest. So, suck it up, pay the money, and you'll get a charger you can trust.

The item I received was exactly as shown in the ad. Very quick delivery (needed for Christmas) - I would highly recommend purchasing again from this source.

This trickle charger takes its sweet time but does the job. Its small size makes it easy to carry and
it plugs directly into the AC outlet using a recessed plug. Would have been nice if there was a quick charge
circuit.

This is an actual Canon brand charger. It seems to work just fine and the Canon batteries last as expected. I tried buying this elsewhere and ran into "Bait and Switch" etailers. Don't be seduced by these tactics! Stick with Canon products for your Canon camera.
